Frederick E. Hanlon, of Warwick, passed away on Thursday, July 19, 2012 at New York Presbyterian Hospital. He was 65 years old.

Born on Wednesday, April 16, 1947 in Boston, MA, he was the son of the late Fred A. and Marie E. (McHale) Hanlon.

He was married for 44 years to Robin (Bascher) Hanlon.

Mr. Hanlon was a Hazmat Driver with All Chemical Transport, Lakewood, NJ. He was a Quartermaster for Queens Village All Girl Drum and Bugle Corp, a member of International Order of Odd Fellows, and an active volunteer for the Warwick Valley Humane Society.

He is survived by his wife, Robin of Warwick; his daughters: Heather L. Hanlon-Almodoval of Milford, PA, Jennifer L. Sedita and her husband Robert J. Jr., and Rebecca L. Hanlon of Florida, NY; his grandchildren: Lani, James and Andrew Almodoval and Robert J. Sedita, III; a sister, Mary Mitzan of the state of Florida; several nieces and nephews; and his dogs, Sadie and Zoey.

Visitation will be on Monday, July 23rd, from 2-4 & 7-9 pm at Lazear-Smith & Vander Plaat Memorial Home, 17 Oakland Ave., Warwick. Funeral service will be at 8:00 pm during the visitation. Private cremation.
